I couldn't have asked for a better location, right across the street from Arizona State University and a charming neighborhood. The rooms are well-equipped and artistically arranged, but a bit small and could get too warm. The service was a major plus, very friendly and helpful. The dining experience had its flaws with delays and limited options, but the overall value for money is decent.

The rooms were brightly decorated and very comfortable, although some nearby student houses were not well maintained. The dining, although limited, featured homemade sweets, and the facilities overall were decent.
